Working with electricity is dangerous. There’s no escaping the fact that our profession has a higher degree of risk than others.
Our people are fully appreciative of the challenges of operating in a naturally high risk environment every day. To successfully manage our risk and mitigate potential threats to our wellbeing and the surrounding areas we work, Prestige has developed a customised management program.
‘Safety comes first’ involves proactive work-scope assessments to ensure safety measures are clear and in place before work commences. This is supported by a safety conscious attitude where we promote to our people to adopt an aware and proactive approach to safety.
Prior to completion, all projects gain ITPS certification for installation of products, while all materials are inspected on delivery in our yards and again onsite.
To ensure ongoing quality management, we commission a seamless record of our work, photographing all projects and the materials installed.
Our people are offered new development training opportunities to enhance their professional skills.
We encourage all staff, no matter what stage of their career or technical capability, to embrace a pathway of growth and motivation.
By doing so means our clients experience the best in service to deliver their project to the highest level.
